Téo Terkivatan

Teo joined as a trainee in June 2025. He has experience in complex commercial disputes, including fraud, company and partnership disputes, and contractual disputes, many of which have an ADR and/or an international element. He also has experience in contentious intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on trademarks and copyrights across various jurisdictions.

Qualifications: LLB (1st Class Honours) City University of London; LLM in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law (Distinction); Bar Vocational Studies (Merits)

Professional Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (associate grade member)

Languages: Teo is fluent in French and Turkish and has professional proficiency in Mandarin.
