Thomas West

Thomas West trained with the firm, qualified in 2010 and is now a key member of the firm’s disputes department. Tom has a broad Chancery practice, handling disputes relating to real estate, trusts, companies and partnerships, insolvency, intellectual property and tax. He also handles non-contentious property and finance work and has particular expertise in the field of restrictive covenants, rights of way and sporting rights. He is a solicitor-advocate with higher rights of audience.
